We always end up dining here whenever we are at Lake Gen(usually 3x a year). The place looks like an old ship inside and they have a gift shop too. The food is nothing spectacular(maybe because I have a jaded palate)but the place is always cozy. Some of their specials are the Brocolli cheddar soup which is great and their barbecues, I've never had them coz I stopped eating our 4 legged animal friends for some time now. Today we had the Spinach artichoke dip as appetizer, it was okay, a little bland for me. Rennie had a cup of Chowder which was good, a little floury but with a well pronounced clam flavor. My entree was the Bluegill Sandwich which I took home because I was too full from the appetizer. Rennie had the fried seafood sampler. Good comfort food. Will come back for the atmosphere.
