do u know that serye is the restaurant now managed by the children of Mr. & Mrs. L of Aristocrat? serye is an anagram of their maternal name, reyes... i think Mr. & Mrs. L are now semi-retired and have passed on the reins of restaurant management to the next generation...

very easy to make, it's literally a pancake that you can make w any veggie you want or meat even...just don't put baking powder, parang okoy sa phils.
